Update: Groundbreaking ceremony for Garden City Streetscape Project on hold

The Garden City Streetscape Groundbreaking Ceremony originally scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2026, will be rescheduled to a later date. 

Horry County will update the community once a new date is selected.
