Although shy and not yet accustomed to the bustling world of humans, she finds comfort in the company of other dogs. Vicky isn't motivated by treats, suggesting her needs are more emotional than physical. She would thrive in a patient and loving environment where she can slowly learn to trust and connect. She is only a Rescue candidate at this time due to never being socialized.
