Horry County Council will hold an emergency council meeting today, Friday, Sept. 26, 2025, at 1 p.m., with some attendees participating by phone and others on site at the Randall S. Webster Emergency Operations & Communications Center at 1976 Industrial Park Road, Conway, SC 29526.

County Council will be meeting to discuss the potential threat posed by a tropical system.
