Parks and Open Space Plan
The Parks and Open Space Plan identifies projects to meet the recreational needs of existing and future populations, provides guidance on areas in which to expand open space acquisition, and provides recommendations on how to meet programming, maintenance, operational and funding needs.
Programs
Horry County Parks and Recreation offers a variety of organized sports and classroom instruction. In addition, it hosts a variety of outdoor recreational programming throughout the year.
