Animal Care Center to participate in National Adoption Week

Join the Horry County Animal Care Center for PetSmart Charities' National Adoption Week. The week runs from July 21 to 27, 2025. 

It's the perfect time to foster, adopt, or change a life at the Animal Care Center. 

As of publishing, there are 314 pets in ACC care. 163 are available for adoption or fostering. 

All ACC adoptions are fee-free. All available pets are up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. 

The Horry County Animal Care Center is open Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (with an hour closure at 12:30 p.m.) and Saturdays, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
