Intro
The Horry County Auditor’s Office is responsible for all tax billing within the county. Real Estate bills are valued and generated based on information received from the Assessor’s Office. The Auditor’s Office is responsible for valuing personal property ownership for the purpose of establishing a fair market value, computation of the assessed value and certification of the tax millage rate to produce revenue to be collected by the Horry County Treasurer’s office.
