Notice: Temporary Service Change - March 24, 2023

On Friday, March 24, 2023, Horry County Code Enforcement and Planning & Zoning will undergo a software system upgrade; during the upgrade, these departments will not be able to issue permits or receive payments for services. 

Community members and customers who have business to conduct with either department are encouraged to come by before Friday, or schedule an appointment for the following Monday, March 27, 2023, to avoid any inconvenience. 

Code Enforcement and Planning & Zoning will remain open to the public for general assistance and guidance during the software upgrade.
