GENERAL SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Skilled in operating multiple pieces of heavy equipment as assigned.
2. Performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment as required.
3. Uses various surveying instruments/GPS Rover/site levels to construct roads.
4. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
5. Performs other related duties as required/assigned.
KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Requires high school diploma with three (3) to five (5) years of experience in heavy equipment operation or related field; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities. Must be able to pass the required pre-employment physical and background check.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must possess a valid South Carolina driver’s license. Class A Commercial Driver’s License required.
