Meet Jennings, a charming canine companion residing at our shelter. This adult dog is the epitome of sweetness and gentleness, winning hearts with his friendly demeanor. Jennings has a mellow temperament, making him an ideal fit for any household seeking a calm and affectionate pet. He is a popular friend in our dog-friendly playgroup, showcasing his sociable nature. Despite his current circumstances, Jennings remains optimistic and full of love to give. Adopting Jennings means inviting into your home a loyal friend who will fill your days with joy, warmth, and unconditional love. Give Jennings the chance to share his sweetness with you.

Long walks or fenced in back yard is always the best environment for dogs, but exercise is the main goal. We can test our dogs with other dogs at the shelter, but not every dog may get along with your dog this is why if you do have a pet at home we strongly suggest meet and greets before adopting. When adopting an animal at the shelter please know the responsibility of an animal. Most of the animals at the shelter have come in as a stray which mean they may not know how to sit or stay. They also might not have manners such as not to jump. Adopting takes patience. Please research the dog breed you are interested in and remember it takes time. Refer to the sheltering 3/3/3 rule of adopting for help.
